PROBLEM:
Xerox XPS Driver caused SIS to crash
Microsoft's Xerox PCL 6 Driver is unable to facilitate printing multiple copies of a document
NOTE: To alleviate the original problem, the driver was changed to the Microsoft PCL 6 Driver. The Microsoft driver however, would not allow printing of multiple copies of a document. Changing the amount of copies to be printed from the application print dialog would only result in a single document being printed. solution below.
SOLUTION:
Install two copies of the printer.
One Printer was setup using the Microsoft Xerox PCL 6 v1.1 driver–the printer must be set as default in order to prevent SIS Reports from crashing.
The second printer was setup normally, which enables printing multiple copies of a document.
