The inability to print from Centricity usually occur if a default printer is not set in windows or your default printer is in another office location.


SOLUTION

Set a default printer in windows.


  1. Double-click the SET DEFAULT PRINTER icon on your desktop.                
  2. The Devices and Printers window will open. In the devices and Printers window, right-click the Printer that you want to use, then select, Set as default Printer from the context menu.
  3. Your default Printer is now set. Close the Devices and Printers window.


           Note: Make sure that the Printer that you are Printing to is one that is in your current office location
