The inability to print from Centricity usually occur if a default printer is not set in windows or your default printer is in another office location.
SOLUTION
Set a default printer in windows.
- Double-click the SET DEFAULT PRINTER icon on your desktop.
- The Devices and Printers window will open. In the devices and Printers window, right-click the Printer that you want to use, then select, Set as default Printer from the context menu.
- Your default Printer is now set. Close the Devices and Printers window.
Note: Make sure that the Printer that you are Printing to is one that is in your current office location
